If you still have questions about Europcell or the application process, this FAQ will help. If you can’t find an answer here, we would be happy to hear from you personally.

First, we look through your documents and if they have piqued our interest, we invite you to a first, virtual interview.

When it goes into the second round, we look forward to a visit from you in person. When applying for a management position, there is also an assessment centre as the final application step.

We try to get back to every applicant as soon as possible. You should receive a reply from us within 14 days at the latest. We take the time to carefully check every application, so unfortunately, it can sometimes take a few days longer until you receive a final response.

The dress code at our company is business casual – this applies both in everyday working life and at job interviews.

Before you start, you will receive an email from us with all the important information.

The first day is primarily about getting to know your new workplace and your new colleagues. In addition to an introduction from the HR department, you will also receive your IT equipment and an initial briefing on the most important systems. This means you’ll be ready for the new job as soon as possible. Of course, you can also expect a detailed induction plan.

We all treat each other as equals and embrace an open culture of mistakes. Regardless of whether you are a trainee or a manager, everyone is allowed to speak their mind and contribute their ideas. Our togetherness is characterised by our cultural diversity and openness.
